1. 截屏的优化

Mac的截屏默认PNG格式，截出来一张全屏将近7，8Mb，可永久改为JPG格式输出，图像看起来差不多，而图片大小可以显著减少。

defaults write com.apple.screencapture type jpg

改回去：

defaults write com.apple.screencapture type png
